early check-in rooftop terrace large room
Early check-in was a big plus and I really appreciated the luggage storage after checking out. The rooftop terrace offers wonderful views. The room I had was large and had good soundproofing. I enjoyed my stay.
The shower space felt a little cramped, a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very personable. They were helpful. This hotel offered a superior location. Everything about this stay was very good! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and cute.
The shower was small. The kitchen was right next to our room. It caused some noise. It was a small inconvenience.

rude behaviour erratic ac
the breakfast staff lacked courtesy. when i went to get tea, they acted rude. also, the air conditioning was erratic and stopped during the night. i found this unacceptable for such a hotel.

inconsistent experience.
small shower stuffy room
The air conditioning barely worked, which wasn't ideal. the room felt stuffy, especially at night. I expected better climate control for the price. Plus the shower was small and awkward. IT WAS hard to adjust the temperature.
